Klaus Weinmann (born 1969, German national) studied business administration at the University of Augsburg from 1990 and graduated in 1995. After founding CANCOM SE in 1992 as an IT Value Added Reseller, the company, which Klaus Weinmann led in a management role from the beginning, later as Chairman of the Executive Board, experienced rapid growth. In 1999 Klaus Weinmann took the company public and in 2012 CANCOM was included in the TecDAX index of the 30 largest high tech companies in Germany, as one of Germany’s leading IT systems houses. Today, Klaus Weinmann is CEO & Co-Founder of the Munich-based investment holding company PRIMEPULSE SE, which invests in companies with a technological focus. Markus Saller (born 1965, German national) studied at the University of Colorado in Boulder, USA, between 1993 and 1995 and graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA). In 1991 he had already graduated from Ludwigs-Maximilians-Universität in Munich, majoring in business studies and political science. After spending three years at Bayerische Hypo-Bank in Munich as an M&A consultant Markus Saller became a co-founder of Concord Corporate Finance GmbH in 1998 where he was a Partner until 2002. From 2003 until 2011 he was the managing director and shareholder of the M&A consulting firm, AURIGA Corporate Finance GmbH. Afterwards Markus Saller was employed as a Director at CANCOM SE in the acquisitions department. Since September 2016, he holds the position of Director Mergers & Acquisitions at PRIMEPULSE SE. Prof. Dr. Constanze Chwallek, resident in Aachen, Professor at the Aachen University of Applied Sciences, Department of Economics, Aachen, Prof. Dr. Constanze Chwallek (born 1967, nationality German) studied economics and business administration in Kiel, Maastricht and Aachen from 1986. She graduated in business administration from RWTH Aachen University in 1992 and received her doctorate in 1997 from the Chair of Corporate Accounting and Finance on the topic: Valuation Relevance of Published Cash Flow Statements of Listed German Companies. Following her doctorate, she worked as a management consultant, primarily focusing on strategy development for internationally operating groups and medium-sized companies in a wide range of sectors, and was appointed to the University of Applied Sciences Trier in 2003 to teach Management and Entrepreneurship. Since 2010, she has been a professor in the Entrepreneurship Department at Aachen University of Applied Sciences, specialising in corporate entrepreneurship and business model innovation. Hannes Niederhauser (born 1962, nationality Austrian) is CEO of Kontron AG (formerly S&T AG). After studying electrical engineering at the Graz University of Technology, he advanced to manager in the fields of microchips and embedded computing. Before joining S&T in 2011, Niederhauser was the main shareholder and CEO of the former Kontron AG from 1999 to 2007, which became the world’s largest provider in the field of embedded computing. Hannes Niederhauser is consistently driving Kontron’s transformation from an IT service provider to a leading provider of IoT solutions. Memberships in other statutory supervisory boards: none.
