Rainer Koppitz (born 1968, German national) is looking back on many years of international experience in Industrial as well as in the IT and Telecommunications sector, in which he served, among other positions, as CEO of NFON and B2X Care Solutions and as CEO Germany & Austria of BT Germany (British Telecom). Before that, he held managerial positions at Siemens, Dell and Atos. Dr. Marc Achhammer has many years of international experience in the IT and telecommunications industry in the areas of operations, M&A, R&D, sales, service and portfolio management. Most recently, he was COO and Managing Director of B2X Care Solutions.
Klauspeter Bader is a specialist in the field of corporate management and has successfully accompanied international companies and departments in their strategic reorientation. He has extensive materials management expertise and in-depth solution and process knowledge in intralogistics (dynamic storage systems).
Petra Becker brings many years of experience at home and abroad in a wide range of industries, electrical engineering, semiconductors and automotive. With a thorough background in controlling, she has successfully implemented several complex IT projects, and as VP in the supply chain management of a DAX company in the automotive supply sector, she played a key role for several years in shaping the transformation of the supply chain, successively changed the structures and processes and contributed to success during this time. In 2019, she and her team won the VDA’s “Logistic Award”.
As a former member of the German national speed skating team, she knows that stamina, focus and helpful routines within the team make a major contribution to success.
Christoph Antener has various years of international experience in the EMS and building automation sectors. He has managed complex supply chain organizations worldwide and has extensive expertise in outsourcing, purchasing optimization, change management and realignment of purchasing organizations. As part of his EMBA studies, he accompanied the successful M&A development of an EMS company and helped to achieve a sustainable increase in earnings.
Stefan Goldschmid has worked in management consulting and in the startup sector. Due to his experience in very dynamic environments and in fast-growing companies, he is specialized in building reporting structures and creating number transparency in order to provide management with data-based decision-making tools. Since 2019 at KATEK, Stefan Goldschmid centralizes all relevant data from the group and is responsible for the implementation of strategic projects as well as digitalization measures in cooperation with the subsidiaries.
Jürgen Lauter can look back on many years of experience in the successful development and management of an established EMS company. In addition to business know-how in the areas of purchasing, logistics, finance and change management, the business graduate also brings in-depth technical knowledge in sales, key account management, technical processes and quality assurance in the electronics industry. Furthermore, he can look back on intensive project experience in outsourcing and M&A. Most recently, he was CEO of Katek Mauerstetten GmbH.
Katrin Fricke studied mechanical engineering with a focus on production. She was most recently Director Corporate Strategy & Digitalization at Diehl Controls, and before that worked for many years as Production Director, Head of Logistics, as well as in other leading positions in operations at various industrial companies.
Marc Schwehm gained comprehensive knowledge in all areas along the electronics value chain at the Mauerstetten site during his part-time studies in business administration and business psychology. With the comprehensive expertise he gained in commercial, strategic and production areas of an electronics service provider, he was most recently responsible for commercial management. At the beginning of 2021, Marc Schwehm was appointed to the management board of KATEK Mauerstetten.
As a graduate in business administration and electrical engineering, Hendrik Thiel has many years of experience in direct and indirect sales. He has successfully demonstrated his valuable know-how in the electronics industry, especially in the establishment and expansion of international sales organisations and the development and implementation of sales strategies in his career to date. His last position was Director Sales & Marketing at HEITEC AG.
Stefan Redl completed an apprenticeship as a tax clerk and then studied business administration with a focus on auditing, taxes and human resources management at the LMU Munich. He has many years of professional experience in tax consulting and auditing, including working for the Big 4 (Ernst & Young) and Moore Stephens with a focus on international tax, M&A tax and audit. He has advised major clients such as Kabel Deutschland and Motel One and conducted numerous financial, tax and vendor due diligences.
Stefan Redl gained comprehensive knowledge in all areas along the electronics value chain at the Grassau location. With the expertise gained in commercial, strategic and production areas of an electronics service provider, he was most recently responsible for commercial management as an authorized signatory in Grassau. In mid-July 2021, he was also appointed to the management board of beflex electronic GmbH.
Martin Wühr has been at home in the automotive electronics environment for many years. For more than 25 years, he has built up business units in various functions and acquired comprehensive competences in the areas of development, strategic purchasing and sales in the automotive electronics and OEM direct business. Most recently, he was entrusted with setting up development for an American Tier 1, while at the same time being in charge of the strategic purchasing department and responsible for the group’s largest customer. Prior to that, he worked for one of the largest EMS automotive service providers as a sales manager, where he also acquired his extensive knowledge of PCB technology. Further lean management training at the University of Michigan rounds off his profile.
Dr. Arnd Karden has extensive experience as a Managing Director in manufacturing companies. For many years he worked for German corporations in various positions in Germany, Italy, Mexico, Spain and Switzerland. During his professional career, he has repeatedly successfully restructured companies and led to significant sales and earnings improvements. Dr. Arnd Karden studied mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen University and then received his doctorate at the Laboratory for Machine Tools and Production Engineering (WZL) of RWTH Aachen University. Dr. Arnd Karden is also the Managing Director of the TeleAlarm subsidiary in Switzerland.

Klaus Weinmann (born 1969, German national) studied business administration at the University of Augsburg from 1990 and graduated in 1995. After founding CANCOM SE in 1992 as an IT Value Added Reseller, the company, which Klaus Weinmann led in a management role from the beginning, later as Chairman of the Executive Board, experienced rapid growth. In 1999 Klaus Weinmann took the company public and in 2012 CANCOM was included in the TecDAX index of the 30 largest high tech companies in Germany, as one of Germany’s leading IT systems houses. Markus Saller (born 1965, German national) studied at the University of Colorado in Boulder, USA, between 1993 and 1995 and graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA). In 1991 he had already graduated from Ludwigs-Maximilians-Universität in Munich, majoring in business studies and political science. After spending three years at Bayerische Hypo-Bank in Munich as an M&A consultant Markus Saller became a co-founder of Concord Corporate Finance GmbH in 1998 where he was a Partner until 2002. From 2003 until 2011 he was the managing director and shareholder of the M&A consulting firm, AURIGA Corporate Finance GmbH.
