Klaus Weinmann (born 1969, German national) studied business administration at the University of Augsburg from 1990 and graduated in 1995. After founding CANCOM SE in 1992 as an IT Value Added Reseller, the company, which Klaus Weinmann led in a management role from the beginning, later as Chairman of the Executive Board, experienced rapid growth. In 1999 Klaus Weinmann took the company public and in 2012 CANCOM was included in the TecDAX index of the 30 largest high tech companies in Germany, as one of Germany’s leading IT systems houses. Today, Klaus Weinmann is CEO & Co-Founder of the Munich-based investment holding company PRIMEPULSE SE, which invests in companies with a technological focus. Markus Saller (born 1965, German national) studied at the University of Colorado in Boulder, USA, between 1993 and 1995 and graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA). In 1991 he had already graduated from Ludwigs-Maximilians-Universität in Munich, majoring in business studies and political science. After spending three years at Bayerische Hypo-Bank in Munich as an M&A consultant Markus Saller became a co-founder of Concord Corporate Finance GmbH in 1998 where he was a Partner until 2002. From 2003 until 2011 he was the managing director and shareholder of the M&A consulting firm, AURIGA Corporate Finance GmbH. Afterwards Markus Saller was employed as a Director at CANCOM SE in the acquisitions department. Since September 2016, he holds the position of Director Mergers & Acquisitions at PRIMEPULSE SE. As a result of numerous international M&A transactions and decades of experience in the financial services industry, Andreas Müller has proven expertise in corporate finance, restructuring and change management, particularly in the automotive and banking sectors. In addition, he accompanies innovative and technology-oriented growth start-ups, including cap-on GmbH, as a strategic investor and visionary partner. As managing partner of SDL Projektbau GmbH, he looks back on several years of experience in project development and is particularly dedicated to the development of innovative housing concepts up to complete city quarters in the DACH region. Hannes Niederhauser (born 1962, Austrian national) studied Electrical Engineering and graduated from Technische Universität Graz in 1987. He joined Infineon AG in Munich as a chip developer from 1987 up to 1989. From May 1989 through January 1994, he was the head of sales and development at Boards AG in Eching. In 1994, he took the position of Managing Director at Teknor GmbH. In 2001, Hannes Niederhauser took Kontron AG to its Initial Public Offering while serving as the chair of the board.
