Hannes Niederhauser (born 1962, Austrian nationality) is CEO of Kontron AG and has been CEO of KATEK SE, which was acquired by Kontron AG, since March 4, 2024. After studying electrical engineering at Graz University of Technology, the Austrian-born engineer became a manager in the fields of microchips and embedded computing. Before joining S&T AG in 2011, Hannes was the main shareholder and CEO of the former Kontron AG from 1999 to 2007, which developed into the world’s largest provider in the field of embedded computing. Clemens Billek has been CFO of KATEK SE since June 1, 2024 and a member of the Management Board of Kontron AG since 2022. As CFO of the Kontron Group, he has many years of professional experience in capital markets as well as legal, compliance and risk management at listed companies and in the field of digitalization as founder of a telemedicine platform. After starting his career at the Austrian Takeover Commission and as an investment banker at an international investment bank, Clemens Billek was most recently also head of the office of the Takeover Commission.

Most recently, he was entrusted with setting up development for an American Tier 1, while at the same time being in charge of the strategic purchasing department and responsible for the group’s largest customer. Prior to that, he worked for one of the largest EMS automotive service providers as a sales manager, where he also acquired his extensive knowledge of PCB technology. Further lean management training at the University of Michigan rounds off his profile.

After studying business administration, Claudia Badstöber worked for many years as a licensed tax consultant and auditor at a renowned auditing firm. She later joined the conwert Group, one of Austria’s leading real estate companies, where she worked as CFO. Her areas of responsibility ranged from Group accounting, taxes, controlling and risk management to capital market issues. From 2011 to 2019, Claudia Badstöber was Head of Finance at Liechtensteinische Landesbank (Österreich) AG (formerly Semper Constantia Privatbank Aktiengesellschaft) and was a member of the Supervisory Board of two companies during this time. In 2019, the financial expert joined the Austro Holding and grosso holding corporate groups, where she holds the position of managing director in several companies of the respective groups. Christoph Öfele, a graduate economist, studied economics at the University of Regensburg after completing his training as a banker at Bayerische Vereinsbank. He worked as a court-appointed expert for aggrieved investors and for 15 years as a shareholder spokesman for the Schutzgemeinschaft der Kapitalanleger e.V. (German investor protection association). Christoph Öfele has been Managing Director of WAI Wirtschaftsanalysen & -informations GmbH since 1999 and Managing Director of CHO Vermögensverwaltung GmbH since 2005. Since 2000, he has been advising companies on extraordinary capital market transactions, in particular tender offers for delisted and unlisted companies.

Prof. Dr. Constanze Chwallek, resident in Aachen, Professor at Aachen University of Applied Sciences, Faculty of Economics, Aachen, Prof. Dr. Constanze Chwallek (born 1967, German nationality) studied economics and business administration in Kiel, Maastricht and Aachen from 1986. She graduated from RWTH Aachen University in 1992 with a degree in business administration and completed her doctorate in 1997 at the Chair of Corporate Accounting and Finance on the subject of the valuation relevance of published cash flow statements of listed German companies. Following her doctorate, she worked as a management consultant, focusing primarily on strategy development for international corporations and medium-sized companies in a wide range of sectors. In 2003, she was appointed to teach management and entrepreneurship at Trier University of Applied Sciences. She has been a professor of entrepreneurship at FH Aachen since 2010, specializing in corporate entrepreneurship and business model innovation.
